General conditions

1. “Basic products bank of the interdepartmental use” geo-information service (further – BBP IDU) posted at https://bbp.ntsomz.ru/en/ is belonged to Roscosmos State space activity corporation located at the following address: 1, 2, building 42, Shchepkina street, Moscow, 129110, Russia.

2. Earth’s remote sensing instruments operator (further – Operator) is the Earth’s operational monitoring scientific center Russian space systems JSC located at the following address: 25, building 51, Decabristov street, Moscow, 127490, Russia, administers the BBP IDU and provides the individuals and legal entities information resources access.

3. BBP IDU user (further – User) is the individual (including the legal entity representative) having the access to the “Basic products bank of the interdepartmental use” geo-information service and using its internet resources.

4. The User must read the “Basic products bank of the interdepartmental use” geo-information service present use terms (further – Terms) fully until registration. User registration in BBP IDU means full and unconditional acceptance of the present Terms. In case of Terms disagreement, BBP IDU exploitation by the User must be stopped immediately.

5. The present Terms may be changed and/or complemented by the Operator unilaterally without any special notice. The present Terms are the open and public document.

BBP IDU use order

1. BBP IDU allows the User to search the data in the catalogue over the area of the interest, browse the found quick looks, order the information products generation and receive it for downloading via the link or for on-line browse in tiles using graphical interface (GUI).

2. BBP IDU allows the User to search, order and receiving the information products using Application Programming interface (API).

3. The User can contact by email bbp@ntsomz.ru to the Operator with the questions, claims, wishes for the work improvement or with any other information. Wherein the User is responsible the present appeal is not illegal, threatening, violating copyrights, contains discrimination against people on any basis or insults or violates the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Personal data processing policy

1. When registering in BBP IDU, the User give the personal data processing consent (further – Consent) in accordance with the paragraph 1, part 1, article 6 of the Federal Law requirements No. 152-FZ “About personal data” by July 27, 2006.

2. The consent is used regarding the following User’s data:

   Last name, First name, patronymic surname; contact phone number; email; organization where the applicant is an employee (if the User registers or enters the BBP IDU as the organization representative).

   The User confirms giving the Consent that he acts freely, of his own free will and his own interests. The User, by registering, confirms the personal data he specified during the registration is reliable and belongs to him personally.

3. The purpose of the User’s personal data processing is the user registration procedure realization and ensuring the BBP IDU data and services access rights.

4. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only in case if it filled out by the User independently through the special forms located at https://bbp.ntsomz.ru/en/profile/registration/.

5. The personal data security processed by the Operator is ensured by legal, organizational and technical measures implementation necessary to fully comply with the current legislation requirements in the field of personal data protection.

6. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

7. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to the third parties, except in cases related to the current legislation implementation.

8. The personal data processing period is unlimited.

   The User may at any time withdraw his personal data processing consent by sending a notification to the Operator via email bbp@ntsomz.ru marked it as “The personal data processing consent withdrawal”.

1. The User can receive any interesting issues clarification regarding these Terms by contacting the Operator via email bbp@ntsomz.ru.
